Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our logistics team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily activities of warehouse staff, drivers and dispatchers, ensuring shipments are delivered on time and inventory records remain accurate. You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of logistics staff, including warehouse associates, drivers, and dispatchers.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on‑time delivery and receipt.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal transportation requirements.
• Track key performance indicators such as delivery accuracy, transit time, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse layout and material handling.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate logistics staff to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to support overall supply chain goals.
