About the role
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Dubai South delivery station, ensuring safety, efficiency and KPI achievement within Amazon’s transportation network. The role involves coordinating with delivery service providers, managing workload distribution, and ensuring administrative accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operational duties and deputize for the Shift Manager as needed.
- Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates, monitoring performance and coaching staff.
- Maintain and improve safety standards and ensure SOP compliance.
- Interview and onboard new associate candidates.
- Track, trend and report site performance metrics to the Operations Manager.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing teams in a logistics or transportation environment.
- Ability to plan, analyze performance metrics and drive process improvements.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime when required.
