Logistics Technician (Tool Room)

About the role

The Logistics Technician (Tool Room) supports day‑to‑day logistics, inventory, warehouse and supply‑chain activities for aviation operations, handling receipt, storage, issuance, tracking and control of aircraft spare parts, tools and consumables.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and receive tools to/from authorized maintenance personnel, maintaining accurate accountability records and ensuring serviceability.
• Maintain positive control and traceability of tools throughout each issue‑and‑return cycle, including calibration monitoring.
• Conduct routine tool inventories and periodic accountability checks, reporting missing or damaged items promptly.
• Support investigations and reconciliation of tool discrepancies before maintenance activities or aircraft release.
• Ensure compliance with aviation maintenance, quality, HSE, FOD prevention and Tool Control Program requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field, or High School Diploma with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, stock management, receiving, storage, material issuance and supply chain processes gained through studies, OJT, internships or projects.
