Loss Prevention Coordinator – UAE National

About the role

The Loss Prevention Coordinator ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. This role monitors surveillance systems, responds to emergencies, and conducts investigations while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire life‑safety systems and dispatch appropriate personnel when unusual activity or emergencies occur.
• Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and provide first aid/CPR as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and loss‑prevention reports and release information only to authorized individuals.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and prepare reports for theft, fraud, assault, food‑poisoning and other incidents.
• Provide required paperwork for employees needing outside medical treatment and notify insurance carriers of liability situations according to protocol.

Required profile

• Some college education.
• At least 2 years of related loss‑prevention or security experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• UAE national status (as specified in the title).
