Loss Prevention & Security Manager (Middle East)

About the role

Develop and update a comprehensive safety management system in line with local laws and JD.com policies, promote the implementation of safety procedures across operations, and lead loss‑prevention initiatives to protect assets and personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate emergency response plans, establish response teams and safety committees, and ensure safe business operations.
• Build and improve the loss‑prevention management system using data analysis, investigations, audits, and process improvements.
• Investigate abnormal incidents, produce reports, define corrective actions and verify their implementation.
• Maintain on‑site safety equipment and surveillance systems, and ensure compliance with national safety regulations.
• Manage safety for the self‑operated transport fleet and last‑mile delivery to reduce accidents and merchandise loss.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in chain retail or e‑commerce, with at least three years in team management.
• Veterans given priority; fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication in Chinese or English.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, criminal‑law basics, and online business processes.
• Proven investigation and interview skills, and ability to coordinate with government agencies during emergencies.
