Loss Prevention Shift Leader

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Shift Leader to safeguard assets and ensure guest safety across its Dubai property. You will lead a team in monitoring security systems, conducting key audits, and responding swiftly to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct key control audits, issue and receive master keys, radios, and beepers, and monitor electronic key boxes.
• Patrol all areas of the property, assist guests with room access, and ensure the safekeeping of security equipment.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) feeds and alarm systems, and respond to accidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
• Provide first aid or CPR, coordinate with EMS, and complete incident and shift reports.
• Defuse guest or employee disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and report safety hazards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all reports and proprietary information.
• Support and motivate team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and standards are met.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in loss prevention, security, or related field.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Commitment to follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
