Loss Prevention Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the Marriott Executive Apartments on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will lead patrols, manage access control, and coordinate emergency response activities across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct daily physical hazard and safety inspections, emergency response drills, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and respond to alarms promptly.
• Investigate incidents, interview witnesses, and compile confidential reports.
• Provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS during accidents.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and promoting a fair‑treatment culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or related field.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills in English.
