About the role
The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets across the hotel property. This role combines proactive patrols, emergency response, and incident investigation to maintain a secure environment.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, conduct emergency response drills and daily safety inspections.
- Investigate incidents, conduct interviews, manage key control audits and document comprehensive reports.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related loss prevention or security experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
- Ability to conduct key control audits and incident investigations.
