Lounge Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Emirates' Airport Services team as a Lounge Operations Specialist, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of lounge products, services and standards to deliver a premium customer experience across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve lounge service standards, food and beverage quality, and overall customer experience using audits, feedback and operational data.
• Lead implementation of new lounge products and services, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and operational requirements.
• Analyse operational and commercial performance, including consumption, supplier performance and service metrics, to identify efficiency and cost‑control opportunities.
• Maintain operational readiness across the lounge network by monitoring occupancy, product availability, equipment condition and service capability.
• Manage quality and performance programmes, including audits, mystery shopper results, KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Attested degree (12+3 or equivalent) in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Aviation Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality or airport operations, lounge management, service quality or product implementation.
• Proven experience supporting operational readiness, performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external service providers in a customer‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of lounge operations, premium customer experience principles and hospitality service standards.
• Understanding of quality management, operational performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret operational data and recommend improvements.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions.
