Loyalty Sales Manager

About the role

A leading real estate developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Loyalty Sales Manager to drive repeat business, customer referrals, and revenue growth from existing property owners and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase repeat sales and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing property owners and investors.
• Manage customer engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and retention.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and business targets.
• Track sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Conduct negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Provide market insights and recommendations based on Dubai real estate trends.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales with strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Experience in loyalty, relationship, repeat, or referral sales.
• 2–3+ years of team management experience (preferred).
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
