About the role

A leading Dubai real estate developer is seeking an experienced Loyalty Sales Manager to generate repeat business, customer referrals, and revenue growth from existing property owners and investors. The role focuses on loyalty and retention strategies, relationship‑based sales, team leadership, negotiations, and maximizing long‑term customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase repeat sales and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing property owners and investors.
• Manage customer‑engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and retention.
• Lead and support the sales team in achieving monthly and business targets.
• Track sales performance and identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Conduct negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Provide market insights and recommendations based on Dubai real‑estate trends.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and sales environment.
• Experience in loyalty, relationship, repeat, or referral sales.
• 2–3+ years of team‑management experience (preferred).
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management, retention strategies, sales leadership, and business development.
