Lubricants Sales Executive

About the role

The Lubricants Sales Executive will drive the sales of EPPCO branded lubricants across the United Arab Emirates, working closely with customers, distributors and internal commercial teams to meet annual revenue and contribution targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve set sales levels through regular visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs, propose appropriate branded lubricant products and negotiate selling prices.
• Maintain professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with product performance and service.
• Collaborate with EPPCO Commercial and Retail units to create joint sales opportunities.
• Support distributors, monitor their daily sales operations and help them exceed targets.
• Prepare price studies, credit limit recommendations and project surveys for management approval.
• Collect monthly outstanding amounts, verify payments and ensure compliance with approved credit terms.
• Prepare and track annual sales and contribution margin budgets, reporting performance monthly.
• Manage retail distributor performance, pricing alignment and promotional program implementation.
