Luxury Butler – Dubai

About the role

Join Raffles The Palm, Dubai’s premier luxury resort, as a Butler delivering the signature five‑star service that defines the Raffles brand. You will be the single point of continuity for each guest, guiding their journey from pre‑arrival through departure and ensuring unforgettable, personalized experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of Butler Service SOPs, Raffles brand standards, LQA and Forbes Travel Guide criteria.
• Own the guest relationship end‑to‑end, initiating pre‑arrival contact, conducting in‑room check‑ins, and coordinating all guest requests across departments.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively, handling complaints with composure and ensuring swift recovery.
• Inspect rooms from a Butler’s perspective, execute special occasion set‑ups, and provide discreet packing/unpacking services.
• Maintain detailed Butler notes to capture preferences and ensure seamless hand‑overs.
• Collaborate daily with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Engineering and other teams to deliver a flawless stay.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury or ultra‑luxury hotel guest‑facing role.
• University degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Polished appearance, strong interpersonal skills, empathy, cultural sensitivity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Butler certification or equivalent professional training.
