Luxury Butler – Raffles The Palm Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Butler to join Raffles The Palm Dubai, delivering personalized, five‑star service from pre‑arrival through departure. Reporting to the Butler Supervisor, you will be the single point of continuity for suite and VIP guests, ensuring memorable experiences that reflect the Raffles brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of Butler Service SOPs, Raffles brand standards, LQA and Forbes criteria.
• Own the guest journey from pre‑arrival to post‑departure, providing proactive, personalized service.
• Conduct in‑room check‑ins, orientation, and manage all guest requests with full accountability.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Engineering and Concierge to ensure seamless service.
• Execute special occasion set‑ups, packing/unpacking services, and uphold Butler notes for future interactions.
• Handle complaints and service recovery with composure, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Impeccable personal presentation, polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multicultural guests.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability and commercial awareness.
• Cultural sensitivity and fluency across international guest profiles.

• Butler certification or equivalent professional training
