Luxury Resort Host – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Host to deliver a bespoke, anticipatory guest experience at One&Only One Zaabeel, a new luxury resort in Dubai. The role combines guest relations, personal assistance, and meticulous service to ensure every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the guest journey from arrival through departure, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate all guest requests, including reservations, in‑room services, itinerary planning, and special occasion arrangements.
• Anticipate needs and create personalized, unexpected moments that enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of services and accurate capture of preferences.
• Interact daily with guests, resolve concerns promptly, and continuously seek ways to improve satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Well presented, confident and able to represent the brand.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hotel systems.
• Microsoft Office.
