Luxury Vehicle Driver (Private Chauffeur)

About the role

We are seeking a professional Luxury Vehicle Driver to provide safe, courteous, and discreet transportation for our client and guests in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning journeys, handling errands, and maintaining the vehicle to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation for client and guests, using efficient routes.
• Plan journeys in advance, considering traffic, appointments, and special requirements to ensure punctuality.
• Assist with shopping and handling personal items as required.
• Carry out errands, including deliveries, collections, and drop‑offs, ensuring care and confidentiality.
• Maintain all assigned vehicles in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, basic upkeep, and coordinating servicing and repairs.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fluid levels, tyre pressure, roadworthiness) and report any faults promptly.
• Manage vehicle documentation such as insurance, registration, service records, and renewal reminders in coordination with the Household Manager.
• Comply with UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold discretion and confidentiality.
• Ensure vehicles remain clean, presentable, and fully equipped at all times.
• Follow safe manual handling practices when loading and unloading luggage, parcels, and other items.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (categories 3 & 4 – Light & Heavy) with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a luxury hotel driver, private driver, chauffeur, or similar role within a private household is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and service‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
