Mailing Fulfilment Officer

About the role

The Mailing Fulfilment Officer will manage the end‑to‑end process of corporate mailing and the production of Customer Loyalty Programme packages for Emirates Group Facilities Management. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective distribution across the UAE and international outstations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control the mailing network for Skywards‑related packages, letters and mail shots.
• Supervise assembly of packages, printing of tags and cards, and oversee dispatch through external couriers.
• Maintain ISO‑compliant administrative processes in the Mailing and Fulfilment Centres.
• Communicate policies and procedures to staff, couriers and government agencies (UAE, Singapore, UK, Australia).
• Introduce quality checks to prevent packaging errors and resolve printing or assembly issues.
• Update customer information in the CRIS system and manage stock ordering with internal departments and suppliers.
• Assist the Line Manager with budgeting, cost reporting and monthly statistical reporting.
• Ensure premises and equipment are properly maintained.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and supervisory abilities.
• Experience in mailing, fulfilment or logistics operations.
• Ability to work with external service providers and government agencies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cost‑effectiveness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the CRIS system.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance.
