Maintenance Manager – Engineering, Dubai Festival City

About the role

The Maintenance Manager – Engineering will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City property. You will ensure that all building structures, mechanical, electrical, fire‑life‑safety (FLS) and HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet IHG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the entire hotel facility, including physical building structure and all related equipment.
• Implement energy‑conservation and preventative‑maintenance programmes.
• Conduct regular house tours to assess safety and operational efficiency of all systems.
• Verify completion of routine maintenance, repairs, replacements and renovation projects in public and employee areas.
• Follow IHG, HACCP, and Dubai Municipality safety procedures for personnel and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in hotel or large‑scale facility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building structures, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work onsite, manage a team and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Commitment to delivering high guest‑service standards and safety compliance.
