Maintenance Supervisor – Fit-out Factory

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of machinery, equipment, electrical systems and facility infrastructure in our Fit‑out Factory. The role ensures reliable production, minimizes downtime and promotes a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Oversee maintenance of woodworking, joinery, cutting, CNC, edge‑banding, sanding and finishing machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, repairs, spare parts and maintenance actions.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all factory assets.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule work without disrupting output.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and production emergencies.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent corrective actions.
• Manage external service providers for major repairs and servicing.
• Oversee facility systems including electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and compressed‑air.
• Conduct regular inspections to detect maintenance needs and safety risks.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks and ensure safe work practices.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct risk assessments and apply lockout/tagout procedures.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with woodworking and CNC machinery maintenance.
• Demonstrated skill in planning and executing preventive maintenance programmes.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and safety compliance in a manufacturing environment.
