Maintenance Team Member – Carpenter

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel maintenance team as a Carpenter, where you will ensure guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces remain safe, functional and welcoming. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the exceptional hospitality experience that Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wooden fixtures such as doors, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving and locks.
• Carry out minor painting, polishing, tiling, drywall repairs and silicone work as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and support refurbishment projects.
• Manage inventory of replacement parts for guest rooms and corridors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience in carpentry or hotel maintenance.
• Ability to work safely and follow Hilton standards and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
