Maintenance Technician (Multi-skilled)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician (Multi‑skilled) is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of building systems and equipment across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and general facilities. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs safely, keep accurate maintenance records and support uninterrupted service for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on assigned assets and systems.
• Respond to daily work orders, emergency breakdowns and corrective tasks.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain and service HVAC units, lighting, water systems, pumps and motors.
• Perform minor carpentry and civil repairs such as doors, locks, ceilings and fixtures.
• Update work‑order logs, asset databases and maintenance records accurately.
• Use tools correctly and wear required Personal Protective Equipment at all times.

Required profile

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in facilities management or property maintenance.
• Strong safety awareness with ability to conduct risk assessments and follow safety protocols.
