Male Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Male Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across its Abu Dhabi properties. The role ensures rooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff to guarantee spotless rooms in hotels, hospitals, and educational facilities.
• Assign duties, conduct inspections, and address guest complaints, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, monitor stock levels, and order replenishments.
• Screen, train, and orient new employees, and recommend dismissals when required.
• Coordinate work schedules with other departments and manage room cleaning priorities based on check‑outs and discharges.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and forecast staffing needs.
• Suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Male Arab national, aged 27‑35.
• Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or related hospitality functions.
• Formal hospitality training or relevant education.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Desirable: Lebanese nationality.
