Management Analyst – Remote Consulting (Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a Management Analyst (Consultant) to work remotely on a customer project focused on business strategy, structured problem‑solving and executive communication. You will apply real‑world consulting expertise to analyse ambiguous business problems, synthesize information and deliver actionable recommendations in polished executive‑ready presentations. Your work will also help train next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality examples of consulting approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex, ambiguous business problems and structure them into clear, actionable frameworks.
• Synthesise scattered or unstructured information into concise insights and actionable recommendations.
• Create executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate a compelling storyline and 1–2 key recommendations.
• Perform basic quantitative analysis in Excel to validate hypotheses and support recommendations.
• Collaborate remotely with project leads to refine analyses, presentations and final deliverables.

Required profile

• Professional experience in management consulting, strategy, business analysis or a related advisory role.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into logical analytical frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal guidance.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for basic quantitative analysis.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive‑level presentations.
