Management Associate Business Operations & Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, technology‑savvy Management Associate to support multiple business verticals—including Green Hydrogen, Steel Tube & Pipe, Water Technologies, and M&A—by conducting research, analysis and coordinating operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, technology and competitor research and prepare management summaries and recommendations.
• Create and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, databases and reporting systems to monitor projects and action items.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, technology partners and internal teams to ensure timely follow‑up and closure of pending actions.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement CRM and project‑tracking systems, developing structured workflows and reporting tools.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, business reports, meeting minutes and other documentation for customers, partners and senior management.

Required profile

• Graduate in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Management, Economics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business operations, research, project coordination, executive support, consulting or business development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM and project‑tracking systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
