About the role
The Management Trainee Programme, starting August 2027, is a 12‑month accelerated learning journey at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. It offers on‑the‑job training, exposure to senior leaders, workshops and self‑paced learning to develop future leaders in the luxury hospitality sector, specifically within the Food & Beverage department.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher and top academic results
- Less than 2 years of post‑graduate work experience
- At least two internships, or one 6‑month equivalent internship with leading companies
- Exceptional written and spoken English; local language proficiency is a plus
