About the role

The Management Trainee Program is a structured development initiative aimed at preparing UAE Nationals for critical middle‑management roles (AVP/Director level). Over 18 to 24 months, participants will undergo a tailored learning journey that combines leadership training, professional certifications, and hands‑on experience across the bank’s functions.
