Management Trainee (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

DAMAC Properties, which has delivered more than 50,000 homes, runs a Management Trainee Program open to UAE nationals only. It develops future leaders through structured learning, hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure. Trainees can be placed in Projects and Data Centers, Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit & Risk, Asset Management, International Sales, Indirect Sales, Business Development, Community Management, LOAMS and Learning & Development.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in training and development programs.
• Support departmental projects and day-to-day operations.
• Help prepare reports, presentations and business documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams on rotational assignments.
• Carry out research and contribute to process improvement.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• UAE national (family book).
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and Accounting, HR, Marketing and Media, Engineering (Civil and Architecture), Computer Science and IT, Law, Psychology, Supply Chain and Procurement or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.
