Manager - Account Management (CPX)

About the role

As the Global Sales Account Unit Director, you will shape and execute the overall sales strategy for CPX Affiliate, driving revenue growth across multiple regions and sectors. You will lead a high‑performing team of sales professionals, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives on cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with corporate objectives and emerging cybersecurity trends.
• Identify, target, and expand the client base, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Lead the sales pipeline management process, ensuring timely follow‑up, presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with C‑level stakeholders, positioning CPX as a strategic cybersecurity partner.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, delivery, and channel partners to craft comprehensive client solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, and profitability targets, providing insights to refine sales tactics and product road‑maps.
• Represent CPX at industry events to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of leading regional sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, team‑building, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with senior executives.
