Manager – Arabic Speaking Corporate & International M&A Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead our Corporate and International M&A Tax practice within the Direct Tax service line in Abu Dhabi. The role combines technical tax expertise with client‑facing responsibilities, supporting businesses across the UAE and the region in navigating complex tax environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a team of tax professionals to deliver high‑quality services.
• Apply deep knowledge of corporate, international and transfer pricing tax concepts to client engagements.
• Participate in bids, proposals and business development activities.
• Consult with partners and senior management on technical and risk‑related matters.
• Prepare and review complex business tax returns with international elements, identifying accuracy improvements and tax‑saving opportunities.
• Research and analyse domestic and international tax issues and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the tax advisory process.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in corporate, international and M&A tax environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills.
