Manager, Business Consulting – Finance Transformation (UAE)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Consulting team in the MENA region, focusing on finance transformation. You will work with leading organisations to improve performance through finance process optimisation, digital finance solutions and strategic consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in finance transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, digital finance adoption and ERP implementation.
• Lead business development activities, build relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to revenue generation.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to design operating models for finance functions across sectors such as government, energy and utilities.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in consulting, preferably in the MENA region.
• Strong people‑management and leadership abilities, with proven experience delivering high‑quality client engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C‑suite executives.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the MENA region.

Required skills

• Process optimisation across Procure‑To‑Pay (PTP), Order‑To‑Cash (OTC) and Record‑To‑Report (RTR).
• Business process reengineering and operating model design for finance functions.
• Public Financial Management, including budgeting, revenue assurance and cost optimisation.
• Digital finance and ERP implementation experience (SAP or Oracle).
