Manager, Business Transformation

About the role

The Business Transformation Manager will lead performance‑improvement and transformation initiatives across the organisation, acting as an internal consulting team for senior leadership. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that key business challenges are addressed with data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess performance across financial, operational and strategic KPIs.
• Identify, quantify and prioritise performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Diagnose root causes of under‑performance using structured problem‑solving approaches.
• Design and support implementation of targeted interventions to address key business challenges.
• Lead high‑impact transformation projects (typically 4–12 weeks) across different business areas.
• Structure complex problems, define work‑plans and drive execution with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations supported by data and analysis.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align on priorities, solutions and execution plans, and track results of implemented initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Administration; Master’s in Engineering Management or an MBA is highly preferable.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant business or project/program management experience, preferably in retail, fuel retail or B2B industries.
• At least 7 years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting (MBB or Tier 1 strongly preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or projects end‑to‑end and managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
