Manager Cargo Revenue Management

About the role

As the Manager Cargo Revenue Management you will own cargo revenue for a regional portfolio, leading a team of Revenue Analysts to optimise freighter, belly and RFS utilisation. You will work closely with Network Planning, Commercial, Operations and Pricing to align actions with the airline’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts managing a regional route portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs such as load factor and contribution, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee capacity utilisation, allocation strategy, demand steering and disruption recovery.
• Validate Entry Conditions with analysts before flight openings and monitor booking trends.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Network Planning, Operations and Commercial to ensure alignment with market dynamics and capacity changes.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of the new revenue management system, feeding improvements to enhance user experience.
• Support strategic initiatives, seasonal planning, process improvements and analytics reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the airline industry, with at least 3 years in cargo revenue management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross‑functional partners and manage performance issues.
