Manager – Civil Infrastructure & Asset Maintenance

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Manager to lead the maintenance, inspection and lifecycle management of critical civil infrastructure assets, ensuring safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and inspection programmes for pavements, roads, drainage systems, fencing and related civil infrastructure.
• Oversee condition assessments, defect identification and rehabilitation works.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle plans and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and service providers, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs and contracts.
• Monitor performance, budgets, operational risks and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in people management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale civil infrastructure and critical operational assets.
