Manager – Cyber Consulting Services (GRC)

About the role

The Manager – GRC Services (Compliance) leads delivery of regulatory compliance advisory engagements for CPX, helping clients build and strengthen compliance frameworks across data protection and sector‑specific regulations. Reporting to the Director – GRC Services, the role oversees engagement teams, serves as the primary client contact, and drives growth of the compliance proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver compliance advisory projects, including framework design, regulatory gap assessments, policy development and monitoring programmes.
• Assess client compliance against laws such as the Central Bank of the UAE, SCA, DFSA/DIFC, FSRA/ADGM and data‑protection regulations.
• Design governance structures, risk assessments, controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines and quality of multiple concurrent engagements.
• Lead, review and develop work of consultants and analysts, allocating resources and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Support proposals, scoping and pricing, and translate regulatory developments into client opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of compliance experience, with at least 2 years managing end‑to‑end engagements and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience designing compliance frameworks, conducting regulatory gap assessments and advising on national cyber‑governance programmes.

Required skills

• ServiceNow GRC or RSA Archer (or equivalent GRC platforms).
• Power BI, Tableau and advanced Excel for compliance reporting.
• Microsoft 365 or equivalent productivity suite.
