Manager, Global Brand Marketing

About the role

Huda Beauty, a beauty brand launched in 2013, is looking for an experienced Manager, Global Brand Marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The role combines project management, cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning, using market insights and creative solutions to meet marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, including messaging, paid media assets, in-store assets, e-commerce content, press materials and influencer activations for hero and sub-hero product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to run campaigns that build brand awareness and support product launches, and help develop action plans.
• Work with Creative, Product and Commercial teams to keep the consumer journey consistent across all touchpoints, and support the briefing process for seasonal storytelling and asset requirements.
• Help align teams to maintain a consistent brand experience, and contribute to understanding market trends and customer segments to drive revenue.
• Manage project timelines and track deliverables, and monitor market trends and consumer insights to optimise campaigns.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, track campaign performance and help analyse results after each campaign.
• Keep global teams, HQ stakeholders and external partners aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role; beauty industry experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics is a must.
• Comfortable working with many internal and external stakeholders and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
