Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee retention processes
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
• Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs
• Design training and development programmes to enhance employee skills
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven expertise in HR management within the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience implementing HR strategies and policies
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
