Manager Marine Operations

About the role

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the safe, reliable and cost‑effective execution of Petroleum Ports operations. The role ensures fleet readiness, operational excellence and regulatory compliance while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily marine operations and fleet activities to meet 24/7 service requirements.
• Monitor fleet availability, utilization and operational readiness, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Marine Superintendents, vessel teams, stations and support departments to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct vessel, station and site visits and follow up on improvement actions.
• Implement and monitor HSE, compliance, assurance and risk‑management controls.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation and sustainable business growth across Marine Services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing marine operations within the energy or logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of local and international maritime regulations, ISM Code and relevant ISO standards.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Commitment to safety, environmental compliance and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Understanding of maritime regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISM Code, ISO).
• Experience with fleet management and operational readiness monitoring.
• Proficiency in implementing HSE and risk‑management procedures.
