Manager, PB Marketing Business Partnerships (Emiratized)

About the role

The Manager – PB Marketing leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts. Reporting to senior leadership, the role drives customer acquisition and revenue growth for First Abu Dhabi Bank in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and social channels to meet annual objectives.
• Translate business and product goals into culturally relevant strategies in collaboration with creative agencies.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle – from brief creation, creative alignment and media planning to production, launch and performance reporting.
• Produce on‑brand, error‑free marketing content in Arabic and English, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Monitor KPI performance, optimise spend and report results to stakeholders.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and agency relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams including CRM, website, social media, media buying, product, events and PR.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a fast‑paced, campaign‑driven environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with professional writing proficiency in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong project‑management abilities and experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the UAE market, consumer behaviour and cultural nuances.
