Manager - Production

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Production Manager to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing and packaging operations within the Lactam Value Stream. You will ensure safety, quality, and supply targets are met while fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and packaging activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and supply objectives.
• Lead operators and technicians, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage shift handovers.
• Monitor OEE, yield, downtime, and material utilization; drive continuous‑improvement projects.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and ALCOA++ data‑integrity principles; review BMRs/BPRs, logbooks, and process records.
• Conduct incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain readiness for internal/external audits, self‑inspections, and validation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
