Manager Project Management

About the role

The PMO Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives within the Directed Energy portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with EDGE’s long‑term goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project controls, track KPIs, and manage schedule variance and quality.
• Monitor vendor performance, enforce SLAs and SOWs, and control contract scope creep.
• Prepare progress reports for steering committees and senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and calculate monetary risks.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from charter initiation to closure, including FAT/SAT and TRR testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years in the defence industry, with 5+ years hands‑on project management in a PMO environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or a technical field.
• Certification such as PMP or INCOSE CSEP is preferred.
• Strong supplier relationship, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
