Manager, Projects & Insights

About the role

The Manager, Projects & Insights will sit in the CEO Office team at Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, and will drive strategic planning, analysis and high‑visibility projects that shape the company’s growth across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap, set ambition‑setting goals and orchestrate monthly and quarterly performance review cycles across functions and markets.
• Develop business cases, financial models and presentations for new verticals, competitive responses and other strategic initiatives.
• Turn company and market data into insights for board meetings, earnings calls and investor presentations, partnering with the CFO, CEO and Investor Relations.
• Lead cross‑functional, CEO‑sponsored projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment and change‑management across regions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, strategy or a fast‑paced consumer‑tech environment.
• Strong analytical and financial‑modelling abilities with a proven track record of building business cases from scratch.
• Executive presence and the ability to represent the CEO Office independently with senior stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude, comfortable managing ambiguity and delivering end‑to‑end outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern AI/GenAI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Advanced analytical and financial‑modelling capabilities.
