Manager - QC and Training

About the role

ARRISE, a provider of content in the iGaming sector, is looking for an on-site Manager of QC and Training in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. The role organises, coordinates, supervises and verifies the work of QC specialists and trainers so that quality processes and training are effective. It also covers supervision of the QC and Training managers and their teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the QC and Training departments, assign tasks according to complexity and skill level, and guide review processes.
• Ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, and evaluate program quality, effectiveness and training needs.
• Oversee the objectives and activities of the QC and Training managers, keeping team work aligned with approved KPIs.
• Develop quality processes and training initiatives, analyse data to spot quality gaps and lead process-improvement initiatives.
• Interview, hire, train and manage the performance of QC and Training staff, and manage departmental expenses within budget.
• Review and approve reports for management, present quality and training improvements to department and executive management, and handle complex or sensitive cases.
• Help develop the annual Quality Control and Training Review Plans and update and share forms and documents to keep departments compliant.
• Work with management and HR, liaise with other departments on improvement needs, and perform additional QC and Training tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quality Management, Educational Training or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in quality monitoring and training, with significant time in leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming or similar sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, people management and cross-functional team management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality monitoring and management standards and training methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Certifications such as ISO 9001 or Certified Trainer are advantageous.
