Manager Quality & Safety Management Systems

About the role

The Manager – Quality & Safety Management Systems (QSMS) supports the Head – QSMS in implementing, maintaining and continuously improving Sanad Capital's quality and safety frameworks. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role ensures compliance with aviation regulations, customer requirements and internal standards while overseeing day‑to‑day risk, audit and incident activities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) in line with company, regulatory and customer expectations.
• Conduct internal audits, safety inspections and compliance checks; track non‑conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date manuals, procedures and forms related to QSMS.
• Support the corporate Risk Register, identify and mitigate operational and safety risks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure ISO, ASA100 and other certification compliance.
• Plan and execute internal audit schedules and assist with external regulatory audits.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in quality, safety or risk management, preferably within aviation or a similarly regulated industry.
• Proven ability to lead audit programs and manage corrective action processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and certification requirements.
