Manager Receivables & Collections

About the role

The Manager – Receivables & Collections will lead the management of receivables and collection activities for Dubai Investments' off‑plan development projects and leased asset portfolio. You will ensure accurate cash‑flow forecasting, monitor SPA‑based collections, and support regulatory compliance while working closely with Sales, Leasing, Finance and Legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receivables management across development and leasing assets.
• Monitor and optimise SPA‑based collection performance.
• Prepare and maintain cash‑flow forecasts and executive reports.
• Manage default situations and coordinate remediation actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Leasing, Finance, Legal) to resolve collection issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in receivables or collections management.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting receivables.
