Manager Recruitment - Revenue & Commercial

About the role

Etihad Engineering is seeking an experienced Manager Recruitment to lead talent acquisition for revenue and commercial functions across multiple international markets. This senior, hands‑on role partners with senior leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging AI‑enabled tools to attract high‑quality passive talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for commercial roles, from workforce planning through onboarding.
• Develop and execute international sourcing strategies, building proactive talent pipelines.
• Use AI‑enabled sourcing platforms and talent intelligence to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor activity, and alternative talent pools.
• Ensure consistent, objective assessment of candidates using Etihad’s recruitment methodologies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a large, international organization.
• Proven ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success delivering international recruitment across multiple geographic markets.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms.
• Strong track record recruiting commercial and sales talent.
