Manager - Revenue Operations

About the role

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Manager of Revenue Operations to lead the administration of its CRM and commercial systems. The role ensures that these platforms support business processes, deliver accurate forecasting, and provide actionable insights for sales and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CRM structures, including opportunity stages, deal types, pricing fields, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee pipeline governance by monitoring opportunity progression, forecast accuracy, and stage‑gate compliance.
• Conduct regular pipeline review meetings with Sales and Commercial teams to identify risks and adjust forecasts.
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, KPI reports, and executive reporting packs.
• Establish and enforce data‑governance standards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
• Support integration of CRM with Finance, ERP, contract management, pricing, and BI systems for end‑to‑end visibility.
• Drive process standardisation, workflow automation, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve CRM adoption through training, user support, and change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, CRM management or commercial operations.
• Experience in data‑center, telecommunications or technology‑related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
