Manager Revenue Projects – EMEA

About the role

The Manager, Revenue Projects role offers an accelerated development pathway for emerging revenue professionals who aim to become future Revenue Managers and Directors of Revenue within Four Seasons hotels. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with regional revenue leaders, gaining hands‑on exposure to revenue strategy, pricing, distribution, performance analytics, and commercial decision‑making across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze key hotel performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing, and demand patterns using benchmarking and rate‑shopping tools.
• Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects aimed at optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel performance.
• Participate in hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions to understand market dynamics.
• Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews, and setup requirements for new hotel openings.
• Analyze the effectiveness of distribution channels and partner performance, supporting rate‑parity monitoring and optimization.
• Assist with troubleshooting and process‑improvement initiatives related to revenue and distribution systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and commercial effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a passion for working with data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
