Manager, Revenue Projects - EMEA

About the role

Four Seasons is looking for an analytical, curious and ambitious professional to join its Corporate Revenue Management team as Manager, Revenue Projects. Based in the Dubai Corporate Office and reporting to the Area Director of Revenue - EMEA, the role supports revenue management across a region through performance analysis, reporting and strategic project work. It is designed as an accelerated development pathway for emerging revenue professionals who want to become future Revenue Managers and Directors of Revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze hotel performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy and GOPPAR to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing and demand patterns through revenue benchmarking and rate-shopping tools
• Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects on pricing, inventory and channel performance
• Take part in hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions
• Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews and setup requirements for new hotel openings
• Analyze the effectiveness of distribution channels and partner performance, and support rate parity monitoring and distribution optimization
• Help troubleshoot and improve revenue and distribution systems, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy
• Travel for a task force and assist one of the company's sister properties

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance or a related field
• Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, OPERA PMS, IDeaS RMS, Amadeus, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus
