Manager – Rewards & Policies

About the role

EDGE Group is seeking a senior professional to lead a data‑driven total rewards strategy across local and international markets. The role will align compensation and benefits with business objectives, drive performance, and support the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pay benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluation frameworks.
• Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
• Drive annual merit cycles, promotions, and performance‑linked rewards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international labour regulations.
• Manage compensation harmonisation during M&A and organisational changes.
• Deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and reward insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on strategic compensation initiatives.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably across European markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CCP or GRP are a plus.
• Experience with benchmarking and job‑evaluation tools (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer).
• Background in defence, technology, manufacturing or related sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international labour laws.
