Manager Sales and Brand Partnerships - Films, OTT and TV

About the role

SkyBlue Media Group is looking for a media and entertainment professional in sales, brand solutions, brand partnerships and product placements (PPLs) to build and scale its brand SkyBlue Cinematix in China while being based in Dubai. The role is full-time, office-based in Dubai with a 5-day working week, and focuses on partnerships with production houses, agencies and brands for in-film brand integrations, co-branded promotions and media alliances.

Key responsibilities

• Map the China market for brands and their agencies, understand their positioning and upcoming campaigns, and identify new business opportunities for in-film brand integrations and media alliances.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand top management and agency SPOCs in China.
• Understand each film project's scope, cast, plot and format (theatrical films, OTT projects or TV serials).
• Conceptualize creative brand solutions aligned with storylines and target audiences, and pitch SkyBlue Cinematix and the projects regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations and case studies, and work with media planning and buying teams to align integrations with campaign strategy.
• Negotiate and finalize deals with manager support, and coordinate with creative, content, marketing and legal teams to deliver integrated experiences.
• Track performance metrics, prepare post-integration reports and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• 8-15 years of proven success in business development, sales, brand partnerships or strategic partnerships within media, entertainment or advertising, with understanding of the China market.
• Track record of securing multi-crore, multi-film or franchise partnerships.
• Deep relationships with brand managers, agencies and production houses.
• MBA or PG in Marketing, Media or Business preferred.
